"For anyone looking for insurance I sure hope you get a representative as sweet, diligent, and caring as Carol. As a young driver good rates can be hard to come by, I spoke with numerous bots, agents, and gotten many quotes but nothing beat her service. I had an original quote from StateFarm but she personally reached out to me if I ever needed anything from her and offered her cell for after hours questions. From there we briefly chatted as I was waiting to be assigned a VIN for my order and in every step of the moment within less than 10 minutes she was there to reply, give real and helpful answers and get me the best possible deal. She was there when I needed 3 different estimates, threw her curveballs for different policies to make changes, and through 2 different VIN numbers and her attitude, spirit, and personality never wavered to help me get settled even in the time constraint I had. She even helped me on her PERSONAL day off to accommodate for my car delivery issues when I needed my policy done that day while going through an extremely sensitive time in her life. There’s no words to describe how good it feels knowing I’m covered incase anything were to go wrong in my life, but knowing she kept the same care and energy for me I’d hope any friend or family member of mind would have to each other is unheard of. I cannot recommend her enough for being such an amazing soul in a harsh industry. Very rarely do I get off the phone feeling cared for as a customer with 0 questions in my mind what’s going on behind the scenes.
